CALEE CO does NOT offer returns or refunds of any kind on any items offered in our store. However, for items with defects, we will offer return/replacement or a store credit of the value of them item(s), which can be used towards a future purchase.
All sales are final due to hygiene reasons. Please note that there are no refunds or returns eligible for sizing issues on bracelets. Please check your wrist, bracelet or ring sizes before placing an order. All sizes are listed in the product description.
Return and Exchanges Process
To be eligible for a return for store credit due to a defected item, you must first email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after delivery to alert us of the damage (please include clear pictures). We will decide if we want the item returned to us, or discarded. If returned to us, upon receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will send a store credit of the value of the item at purchase.
Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
Why no returns? - You might ask... Because you do not want to wear jewelry someone else has worn, even if it's just once - simply due to hygiene reasons.
Order not delivered or returned to sender
Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order. In the event that your order is returned to us due to insufficient address, there will be a $10 shipping fee for your order to be resent to the correct address.
CALEE CO does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the courier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as being delivered.
